1. General Refund Guidelines

ConnectCCTV.online offers refunds under these conditions:

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • Cancellation requested >48 hours before scheduled service
  • Service not performed due to our error
  • Duplicate payment processing

Non-Refundable:

  • Completed installation services
  • Custom-ordered equipment (unless defective)
  • Travel fees for on-site assessments

2. Service-Specific Policies

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email refunds@connectcctv.online with:
    • Invoice number
    • Service date
    • Reason for request
  2. We respond within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds processed within 10 business days

4. Exceptions

  • Weather-related rescheduling: Credit issued for future service
  • Equipment defects: Replacement provided (no cash refund)

5. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized credit card disputes will result in:

  • $50 administrative fee
  • Service blacklist until resolved
