1. General Refund Guidelines
ConnectCCTV.online offers refunds under these conditions:
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Cancellation requested >48 hours before scheduled service
- Service not performed due to our error
- Duplicate payment processing
Non-Refundable:
- Completed installation services
- Custom-ordered equipment (unless defective)
- Travel fees for on-site assessments
2. Service-Specific Policies

3. How to Request a Refund
- Email refunds@connectcctv.online with:
- Invoice number
- Service date
- Reason for request
- We respond within 3 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 10 business days
4. Exceptions
- Weather-related rescheduling: Credit issued for future service
- Equipment defects: Replacement provided (no cash refund)
5. Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized credit card disputes will result in:
- $50 administrative fee
- Service blacklist until resolved
